This recipe is simple and fast using only a few ingredients and the air fryer.
When air-fried, cauliflower develops a crispy exterior while remaining tender on the inside. Adding curry spice to cauliflower transforms this humble veg into a fragrant warm side.
Experiment by adding other spices such as garlic power and turmeric.
Ingredients:
- Head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Sald and pepper, QB
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients together.
- Add to air fryer basket and air fry at 150°C for 15 minutes.
- Shake basket and air fry at you hottest setting for 5 more minutes to get a crunch crust.
